It's important to us that you're happy with your iglu. If you're not totally satisfied we accept returns of all items which have not been used, in re-saleable condition and with the original packaging in good condition up to 30 days after delivery.
Please note, we require a proof of purchase for any returns and we do not offer free shipping for returns.
To enable us to deal with your return as quickly as possible, please include a note inside your return package with your name, address and order number.
We recommend you return items via a tracked service, and you should retain any proof of posting, receipt and tracking number for the item returned. Please use appropriate packaging to return your goods (i.e. do not return a coffee cup or bottle in an envelope). In the event the item is returned to us damaged we will provide you with photographs so that you can liaise with the courier you used.

We begin to process returns as soon as they are received by our returns department. We will only issue a refund once the goods returned have been inspected and we are happy that the goods meet our returns terms and conditions. Upon receipt of your return, we aim to inspect your return within 3 business days.
Once approved your refund will be issued back to the original payment method.
